On January 8, 2017, the election of the Trade Union Committee of Chongqing Paishing Technology Co., Ltd. was held in the negotiation room of the Human Resources and Administration Department on the first floor of the company. The Chairman of the Trade Union, Xiong Guoping, Vice Chairman Wang Qiao, Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department, Jin Hanchen, Administrative Director Zhang Shiwei, and several candidate members of the new trade union elected by the entire factory participated in this election meeting.

At the meeting, Chairman Xiong Guoping summarized the work of the trade union in democratic management, employee rights protection, and activity development over the past year. Subsequently, the election for the new trade union was presided over by Manager Jin Hanchen of the Personnel and Administration Department. After a show of hands by all candidate members, the new members of the Chongqing Paishing Trade Union Committee were finally established. Feng Yongjian from the Equipment Department was appointed as the chairman of the trade union, Wang Qiao from the Business Department was appointed as the vice chairman, Yao Min from the Warehouse Department was appointed as a member of the Women's Federation, Xian Jiwei from the Electronics Department was appointed as a labor and capital committee, Xiong Guoping from the Color Box Business Department was appointed as a living committee member, and Chen Zhenlian from the Quality Department was appointed as a literary and artistic committee member, Yuan Zheng from the General Manager's Office was appointed as a publicity committee member. As the new chairman of the trade union, Feng Yongjian calls on all new committee members to continue to unite with all employees of the company in 2017, gather collective strength, explore and innovate, carry out more employee activities, and make the greatest effort to safeguard the interests of all employees in the factory.

On February 13, 2017, the 2017 annual work plan meeting of the labor union was held in the party group activity room on the third floor of the company. All members of the labor committee, Jin Hanchen, the manager of the human resources and administration department, and Zhang Shiwei, the administrative supervisor, attended the meeting. At the meeting, everyone offered suggestions and suggestions for the development of trade union work in 2017, and a preliminary work plan for this year was formed. In 2017, Chongqing Paishing Trade Union will focus on strengthening its own construction, organizing department heads to study the Labor Law, and effectively protecting the rights and interests of employees; Strengthen the communication, coordination, and guidance capabilities between the company's management and union members; Assist the Human Resources and Administration Department in addressing food safety and dish quality issues in the cafeteria, and improve employee meals; Carry out more employee activities to enrich employees' leisure life, etc. Finally, Vice Chairman Wang Qiao was responsible for organizing and completing the preliminary formulation of the "2017 Labor Union Work Plan of Chongqing Paishing Technology".
