Autumn graces September with sweet osmanthus fragrance. As the Mid-Autumn Festival for family reunion coincides with the National Day celebration, the warmth of traditional festivals blends with corporate care to paint a beautiful picture. To promote fine traditional Chinese culture, uphold the people-oriented corporate philosophy, deliver sincere humanistic care, and boost employees’ sense of happiness, belonging and team cohesion, the trade unions of Paishing Technology at its three sites in Dongguan, Chongqing and Weihai have successively held the Q3 Group Staff Birthday Party themed “Celebrating the Two Festivals Together”. Employees from all locations gathered to celebrate the festivals and birthdays together, experiencing the great warmth of the Paishing big family in a joyful and cozy atmosphere.
The Dongguan venue adopted the theme of “Celebrating the Two Festivals, Sharing the Joy Together”. The event was held at the Staff Home on September 19th. The venue was filled with cheers and laughter, and the snow-skin mooncake DIY activity stood out as the highlight of the day. Kneading dough, filling wrappers, pressing moulds… while exchanging tips, everyone unleashed their creativity to make heartfelt Mid-Autumn mooncakes. An awards ceremony was held to recognize Q2 Pioneer Employees and winners of the Staff Photography Contest, honoring outstanding individuals and setting role models for others. Fun interactive games were equally engaging. Games such as picking table tennis balls with chopsticks allowed staff to step away from busy work and get closer to one another through lighthearted competition. During the group birthday celebration that followed, birthday representatives blew out candles amid everyone’s well wishes and exchanged greetings, filling the scene with warm sentiments.

The Chongqing venue hosted a themed birthday party titled “Tin Art & Birthday Blessings, Full Moon & Reunited Hearts”. Held at the Staff Home on September 23rd, the event innovatively integrated intangible cultural heritage experiences, bringing employees a distinctive cultural journey. At the start of the activity, Chen Youyu, Chairperson of the Trade Union, delivered an address. She extended sincere birthday wishes to all Q3 birthday celebrants. Against the backdrop of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, she thanked all employees for their hard work and conveyed the care and concern of the company’s trade union for every staff member.
Guided by a professional instructor, everyone became “craftsmen of intangible cultural heritage”. Using tin foil as canvas and carving knives as brushes, they created elaborate relief works with their own hands. All were amazed by the charm of traditional craftsmanship. A recognition ceremony for Q3 Pioneer Employees was held concurrently to inspire all staff with the power of role models.
The warm group birthday celebration then brought the event to its climax. Amid flickering candlelight, birthday celebrants made wishes, sang the birthday song together, and shared sweet cake and fresh fruits. A group photo captured this wonderful moment forever.

The group birthday party themed “Full Moon for Mid-Autumn, Warmth for Birthdays” at the Weihai venue kicked off warmly in the VIP Meeting Room on the second floor on September 24th. The event officially began amid warm applause and cheerful laughter. Wu Weiwei, Chairperson of the Trade Union, took the stage to extend sincere greetings to the Q3 birthday celebrants and all staff. She offered warm birthday wishes to the birthday celebrants, and thanked all employees for fulfilling their duties and working diligently. She hoped everyone could feel the festive warmth, unwind and enjoy the gathering amid busy work.
Then came the handmade mooncake making session. Everyone took an active part and gave full play to their creativity, crafting mooncakes of varied shapes with heartfelt touches. A work evaluation was held on site and prizes were awarded to the winners.
To the melodious birthday song, the group birthday celebration unfolded in a warm atmosphere. Everyone exchanged best wishes and took group photos, sharing a relaxing and pleasant time celebrating the festivals and birthdays together.

Staff set aside their busy work to gather with colleagues. In the festive and reunioned atmosphere, they experienced the cultural heritage of traditional festivals and enjoyed the exclusive sense of ritual brought by the birthday celebration.
