To promote the craftsman spirit and further cultivate the corporate culture of lean production, and empower the development of the industrial workforce through fun competitions, Chongqing Paishing Technology Co., Ltd. kicked off its 2026 Summer Staff Production Skills Fun Sports Meet on May 26 at the small square in front of the company office building.Each business division arranged competitions during off-peak production hours, and all events were completed by July 3. An award ceremony was held on the morning of July 15.Teams selected from all business divisions took part in the games. Featuring distinctive competitions integrating practical production operations, safety standards and teamwork, the event enabled participants to learn through competition and apply knowledge into practice.
The atmosphere at the opening ceremony was warm and solemn.Formations from the Precision Components Division, Print Package Division, Molded Fiber Division and Functional Departments marched into the venue in neat order one after another and chanted their respective slogans, fully demonstrating the positive, united and dedicated spirit of Paishing employees.
Gao Mengying, Deputy General Manager of the Company, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. She stated that lean production serves as the foundation for the enterprise’s high-quality development, and the craftsman spirit is embodied in every working procedure and every standardized operation. She hoped all employees could take this distinctive event as an opportunity to strengthen awareness of process compliance, quality control and teamwork, and translate the standards learned and tacit understanding built during the competition into internal motivation for practical work on their posts.
Chen Youyu, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairperson of the Trade Union, together with persons-in-charge of all business divisions and functional departments, attended the activity. Representatives of referees took a solemn oath on site. Energetic cheerleading performances heated up the whole scene. Following the celebratory fireworks, all competitive events officially commenced.

Adopting an innovative integration model of "Production + Sports", this competition featured five distinctive events closely based on real workshop operations. Core production essentials including SOP standard operation, process transfer, material handling, quality inspection and pipeline maintenance were embedded into competitive challenges. Breaking away from the traditional one-way indoctrination mode of training, the event enabled employees to consolidate practical professional capabilities through relaxed and enjoyable contests.
The Rapid Assembly Line replicates the complete packaging process, testing teams on standardized work allocation and finished product self-inspection capabilities.Blindfolded Collaboration requires participants to transfer materials following standardized professional instructions, improving the accuracy of on-site communication.Heavy Object Relay simulates workshop material handling relay to standardize transport operations. Teams with zero violations are eligible for bonus points.Quality Defense adopts a picture spot-the-difference format to swiftly identify various potential production and safety hazards.Fire Hose Relay reproduces pipeline connection work, competing teams on operational smoothness and coordination.

After several rounds of intense competitions, all events came to a successful conclusion. The award ceremony was held in the company hall on the morning of July 15.Chen Youyu, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairperson of the Trade Union, Wang Yan, Director of General Management Office, Long Zongwu, Factory Manager of Print Package Division and other leaders attended the ceremony and presented awards to the winning teams.Functional Departments claimed the First Group Prize with steady and outstanding overall performance. Precision Components Division and Print Package Division won the Second Group Prize and Third Group Prize respectively, while Molded Fiber Division received the Participation Award.All winning teams were awarded special bonuses and silk banners. Employees from the Participation Award-winning team received customized souvenirs, sharing the joy of competition and collective honor.
