This event specially invited national second level psychological counselor, Chongqing enterprise employee mental health mentor, and Bishan District primary and secondary school psychological teaching and research staff teacher Tian Heng to be the keynote speakers.

In the lecture, Teacher Tian Heng used the unique "psychological sculpture" technique as a starting point to deeply analyze typical scenarios such as family role positioning and emotional expression misconceptions, guiding employees to establish a scientific understanding of the "Ten Standards for Mental Health". When explaining the key step of expressing emotions reasonably, Teacher Tian Heng invited four employees to come on stage for a scenario simulation of emotional expression. Through vivid and intuitive performances, the employees present deeply experienced the psychological changes and practical impacts brought about by different ways of expressing emotions, and deeply understood the importance of expressing emotions reasonably. Teacher Tian also systematically shared practical psychological knowledge and skills such as emotional management, needs satisfaction, interpersonal relationship management, cultivation of love ability, and improvement of value and happiness. At the end of the lecture, Teacher Tian provided professional and detailed answers to the topic of "what to do when encountering psychological problems or illnesses" that employees are generally concerned about.
