Over the past few days, Chongqing, Dongguan and Weihai have been experiencing persistent high temperatures, with local readings exceeding 38°C. Coupled with heat generated by operating workshop equipment, frontline production staff are facing severe heat challenges. To effectively safeguard employees’ physical and mental health, reinforce the summer work safety line and prevent risks associated with high-temperature operations, the Labor Union of Paishing Technology coordinated its three production bases to simultaneously launch the special "Summer Coolness Delivery" condolence campaign, delivering cooling supplies and sincere care to frontline employees sticking to their posts.

The condolence campaign covered all three production bases of the company in Chongqing, Dongguan and Weihai, including workshops of multiple business divisions such as Color Printing, Paper Packaging and Precision Components, benefiting 221 frontline employees working in high-temperature positions. Faced with the persistent intense heat, frontline staff at each base remained dedicated to their posts, making every effort to ensure the orderly progress of production tasks.
Dongguan Factory Distributes Heatstroke Prevention Supplies
Combined with the actual conditions of high-temperature operations and employees’ job requirements at each base, the Company Labor Union carefully prepared heatstroke prevention supplies. Practical cooling provisions including watermelons, ice cream, iced black tea, ice silk arm sleeves and essential balm were provided for frontline employees at the three factory sites.
At the condolence sites, union staff visited each production workshop to hand out cooling supplies one by one. They reminded employees to take proper heat protection, balance work and rest, and strictly abide by safe operating procedures. These thoughtful measures effectively eased the strain of working in sweltering heat, enabling on-duty employees across all locations to truly feel the care and warmth from the enterprise.

Chen Youyu, Chairman of the Labor Union of Paishing Chongqing, stated: “Employees’ health is the foundation of enterprise development. Especially during the hot season, we must bring care right beside the production machines and into the hearts of every employee.”
On August 11, Director Huang Junfeng and a delegation from Chongqing Bishan High-tech Zone visited Paishing Chongqing Factory. They presented heatstroke prevention supplies to frontline employees and acknowledged the company’s efforts to safeguard employees’ rights and interests amid high temperatures. The delegation urged the enterprise to continuously implement detailed summer labor protection measures.
Encouraged by the care from higher authorities, the employees on site expressed that they would turn this concern into motivation for diligent work. They will stay committed to their posts, strictly observe safety and quality standards, and ensure steady and orderly production.
